Roads and schools to support growth. Launch a Streetlight & Sidewalks Program. Expand and modernize public transportation. Use development impact fees to fund improvements.
Power to the People Take zero corporate/developer money. Public oversight of budgets and institutions. Community driven democracy. Publish accessible financial and development data. End the "Good old Boy" network.	Investing Locally Land and housing for locals. Growth that pays its way. Local wealth, local ownership. Public investment in our farms, libraries, marketplaces and schools. Tax policies that favor people over corporate interests.
